About the event
Do you want to learn more on how to prepare and cook a plantbased/ Vegan friendly meal for yourself and your family? Then this is the workshop you want to be apart of. We will be hands on during this workshop. Each indivdual will recieve their own set of supplies, food etc to cook with. I will walk you through it and I as show and teach you ways to help you in the kitchen. We will cook together and also eat together at the end. All individuals who signs up will also recieve a take home menu of the day's meal. We ask if you have any food allergies to please contact us immediately via email.

Tickets include all supplies, kitchen materials, ingredients, and beverages, a take home recipe of the meal prepared and a sweet per-made treat for you. This workshop is 3 hours. A light dinner choice will be chosen to be prepared.
